A newborn calf in the dark stable...

Milk cooled by water from the spring (there are 22 springs that start in the hills around the farm, and you can lean right into the mouth of them and stare at the cold water bubbling out of the ground!)

Cleaning the  copper cauldron after cheese-making is one of the worst jobs on the farm
